Logitech, Fremont, Calif., is reviewing its estimated $5 million-to-$10 million global account through Boston consultancy Pile & Co. Woolward & Partners, San Francisco, is incumbent on the marketer of computer mice and peripherals.

National Honey Board, Longmont, Colo., is staging a closed, every-five-year review for its $3 million account. EvansGroup, Seattle, agency since the board's inception in 1987, will defend.

Millipore, Bedford, Mass., a marketer of laboratory filtration systems and materials, will review agencies for its estimated $1.5 million account. The incumbent agency is Clarke Goward, Boston.
