Activists to meet with Clear Channel

Civil rights activist Rev. Al Sharpton, NAACP President Kweisi Mfume and Jim Winston, president of the National Association of Black-Owned Broadcasters, will meet with Lowry Mays, chairman of Clear Channel Communications, Oct. 26. The meeting will discuss how the company's merger with AM/FM, which creates the nation's largest radio company, will affect minorities.
