Acura picks four

American Honda Motor Co. named finalists in its $120 million Acura review: incumbent Fathom, formerly Ketchum Advertising, Los Angeles; Deutsch, Santa Monica, Calif., and New York; and Santa Monica agencies Rubin Postaer & Associates and Suissa Miller. A decision is expected in October. Separately, Acura is expected to hire Internet developer Gen X to build a Web site. In the agency review, Acura dropped Cole & Weber, Seattle, and Leap Partnership, Chicago.
