AD AGE BEST;RETAIL/FAST FOOD;BIG-TIME SLIPPAGE FOR TRADITIONALLY CREATIVE-MINDED CATEGORY AS ONLY PIZZA HUT REMEMBERS WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE THE NEW KID IN A SCHOOL

Published on .

Pepsico-Pizza Hut Worldwide: "Class Act" ( BBDO Worldwide; Pytka; :45). New kid in school is harassed by classmates until his mother, as a surprise, has a Pizza Hut pizza delivered to him in the school lunchroom. He's then mobbed by his new "friends," who of course help him share the spoils, and he's no longer an outsider. The boy, who has a wonderfully expressive face, is played by Adam Wylie, who also portrays Tom Skerritt's son on the CBS-TV prime-time drama "Picket Fences."
