AD AGE'S MR. TEINOWITZ GOES TO WASHINGTON

Ira Teinowitz, senior editor in Advertising Age's Chicago office, has been named bureau chief in the publication's Washington office, effective today.

Mr. Teinowitz will be covering regulatory affairs and politics as well as tobacco advertising.

The eight-year Ad Age veteran previously covered government and politics for a Springfield, Ill., news service and for the Rockford Register Star. He also worked at the Associated Press.
