Rarely is the urgency of ending famine in Somalia expressed so dramatically as in a new French campaign for the International Action Against Hunger relief organization. The haunting ad displays two photos of a Somali woman, Leila-the first taken when she entered one of the group's aid stations, the second taken four months later, after $18.55 had been spent on help for her. The outdoor campaign is handled by Euro RSCG, Paris.
