AdAgeInternational Web site delivers news, ads

Published on .

[new york] Advertising Age International has unveiled AdAgeInternational.com, a free Web site that features full-motion video of the hottest new TV spots around the world, and Advertising Age International's unrivaled global daily news service.

Updated daily, AdAgeInternational.com features three new commercials chosen from a comprehensive global database. Ads are accessible with either Real Player or Windows Media software.

The global daily news service is produced by Advertising Age International's network of more than 50 correspondents worldwide, along with editors in London, New York and Hong Kong. The site will also include stories from the monthly print magazine.

The site also includes the Breaking Spot Database, which lets users track down any non-U.S. commercial produced in the past two years. Users can purchase a tape or CD-ROM of the actual spots.

Other features include Global Account Database, a searchable guide to account reviews and wins; the World Advertiser & Agency Database, detailing which clients work with which agencies; and Advertising Age's definitive guides to the world's largest agencies and marketers.

"The new Web site is a compelling combination of the latest news and work," said Stefano Hatfield, managing director and editorial director of Advertising Age International. "It's a genuinely global, indispensable tool for anyone who is serious about advertising, marketing and media around the world."
