Published on .

Tom Little, 59, founder of Atlanta's McDonald & Little agency, died April 17 of cancer in Birmingham, Ala., where he was born. He began his advertising career writing campaigns for Alabama politicians. In 1969 he moved to Atlanta and established McDonald & Little with former New York adman Michael G. McDonald. The partnership ended in 1983 but was rekindled in 1993 when Mr. Little returned to Atlanta after six years working in Detroit's ad industry.
