Adsmart introduces ad-buy.com

Adsmart, a majority-owned subsidiary of CMGI, unveiled an online ad network aimed at small businesses interested in advertising on the Web. Officially being launched in mid-September, ad-buy.com will allow small businesses to purchase online advertising. The site is aimed at offering businesses that cannot meet the requirements of a traditional online ad network the opportunity to advertise on premium sites specifically targeted at their customer bases within the Adsmart Network.
