'Advertising Age' taps Chiavelli as ad director

[new york] Advertising Age has named Millie Chiavelli as its new ad director. Ms. Chiavelli, 51, will oversee ad sales for all the Ad Age Group properties, including adage.com, Point, Mediaworks and Madison & Vine. She was most recently with Parade as eastern sales director and has also held management positions at The Hollywood Reporter and Broadcasting & Cable magazine. "Millie's expertise in media, entertainment and consumer marketing will help reinforce our leadership position in the marketplace," said Jill Manee, VP-publisher of the Ad Age Group
