Focus on: TIME WARNER (TWX)
Dick Parsons marks his fourth anniversary tomorrow as Time Warner CEO, but shareholders have little reason to celebrate. TWX peaked on his watch at $20.13 one day after he took the job. It bottomed at $8.70 on an SEC inquiry. The stock hit $19 last September when investor Carl Icahn began a brief run at TWX, but it then fell back. At least Parsons has done well: His total '02-'05 compensation came close to $50 million.
