Four agencies to share Sao Paulo's $30m state booty

RIO DE JANEIRO - The Sao Paulo government has split its $30 million advertising budget among four Sao Paulo-based agencies:; Loducca; Newcomm Bates; and Lowe Lintas & Partners. The appointment followed a pitch involving 15 agencies.
