buys Dutch interactive services outfit

Most Popular, a U.S. interactive agency, hasfurthered its expansion plans in Europe with the acquisition of Twinspark Interactive People BV, the Amsterdam-based provider of interactive services.

Twinspark will be fully integrated into the company as, Amsterdam.

The acquisition gives a foothold in one of Europe'smost developed Internet markets. Twinspark's clients include Visa, ING Bank, Wolters Kluwer and Swatch.'s expansion moves this year include a minority investment in Edge Consultants, a Singapore-based technology consultancy; the acquisition of Digital Vision, a Chicago-based interactive communications company; and a minority investment in Pictoris Interactive, a leading French interactive agency.
