Agency.com buys Spiral Media

Agency.com has taken 100% ownership of New York agency Spiral Media. Spiral Media will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Agency.com. Agency.com bought a stake in Spiral Media in June 1997. Spiral Media's clients include AT&T Corp., Nickelodeon, Oppenheimer Funds, Unilever and Xerox Corp.

Agency.com also announced that it hired Dana Tower, senior analyst at Forrester Research, Cambridge, Mass., as VP-client services.
