[chicago] The deadline for return of questionnaires for Advertising Age's 54th annual Agency Report has been extended to Feb. 17. It will be published April 27.

No separate forms are required this year for sales promotion and direct response agencies. Shops in those marketing services should complete the main agency form.

Also included in the questionnaire packet are forms for agencies active in interactive and business-to-business-specialties that will receive listings in the Agency Report and more comprehensive coverage late in the year in Ad Age's Interactive Media & Marketing section and Advertising Age's Business Marketing.
