(July 23, 2001) -- Kyle Shannon, one of the two founders of New York-based i-shop Agency.com, has shifted to the company's Applied Concepts Lab, which handles research.

Mr. Shannon, whose day-to-day role had been chief people officer, will be replaced in that role by Mary von Herrmann, who will become executive vice president of Agency.com's People Organization.

Mr. Shannon's role with the lab will be to distribute the research throughout the company. Agency.com is in the process of being bought by Seneca Investments LLC, a minority investor, which is run by Omnicom Group and Pegasus Partners II. -- Catherine P. Taylor
