Agillion (agillion.com) a site that provides personalized online customer service for small and midsize businesses, is breaking a $20 million to $30 million campaign on Super Bowl Sunday. GSD&M, Austin, Texas, created the campaign, which is the company's first advertising effort. The commercials aim to promote the site prior to its national launch later this year. The campaign will include broadcast and cable TV, as well as radio, newspapers and magazines. Agillion paid $3 million for its 30-second Super Bowl spot, which shows people communicating with each other through the Web as they sing the verses of Queen's "We Are the Champions."
