Spanish airline Air Europa, a subsidiary of Globalia Corp., tapped Bleecker & Sullivan, New York, as its first U.S. agency for an account that could grow to $2 million to $3 million. The agency will launch a millennium promotion later this year and a branding campaign to include TV, print, radio and outdoor next spring in an attempt to position the airline as a competitively priced option to get to Europe. Work will appear in the Connecticut, New Jersey and New York tri-state area. Air Europa offers U.S. service from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport to Madrid and Malaga.
