America Online, extend marketing alliance

America Online and have extended and expanded a four-year, $37 million agreement under which the gift and floral marketer will become the exclusive marketer of fresh-cut flowers across key AOL brands, including AOL, Netscape Netcenter, CompuServe, Digital City and ICQ. Gardening products also will be included in the merchandise mix offered during at least part of the agreement term.
