NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- American Express Co. will break a campaign Jan. 19 to launch OPEN: The Small Business Network, a service for small-business card customers.

OPEN, a service package including financial and management services, replaces American Express Small Business Services.

The campaign, from WPP Group's Ogilvy & Mather, New York, will include TV, print, outdoor and online ads, as well as direct mail and special events.

TV spots break Jan. 19th on NCAA basketball and NFL playoff broadcasts.
