Executives familiar with the moves said four zone chairmen will be shifting jobs next month, though they will continue to report to Chairman-CEO and Chief Creative Officer Martin Puris.
GOSLING'S ROLE EXPANDS
Max Gosling, chairman-CEO of the Asia/Pacific zone, will become president of international operations, assuming all worldwide responsibilities except North America (AA, Jan. 13). He moves from Sydney to New York, and all regional directors will report to him.
Duncan Pollock, zone chairman for North America and also chairman-CEO of the New York office, will become president of North America. His responsibilities will remain the same.
London-based Terry Rosenquist, chairman-CEO of the Europe/Africa zone, becomes president-multinational clients and business development. New business and research will report to Mr. Rosenquist, and the agency will name a number of multinational client directors who will also report to him.
Jim Allman, Latin America zone chairman and worldwide client director-Johnson & Johnson, will serve multinational client operations, though his new title and further details on his responsibilities weren't disclosed.
