After just six months in his post, Ammirati Puris Lintas New York and North American Chairman-CEO Rick Hadala, is leaving the agency. The news comes after Mr. Hadala initiated sweeping staff changes in the New York office in an attempt to bridge the gap between strategic consultancies and advertising agencies. Martin Puris, Ammirati chairman-CEO and chief creative officer said in a statement, "Rick's strategic consulting skills are formidable and his efforts to bring change to Ammirati have been appreciated, but differences of opinion arose that were found to be irreconcilable." Mr. Hadala's New York duties will be handled by James Allman, Unilever multinational client director. Terry Rosenquist, president of multinational clients, will assume Mr. Allman's former Unilever responsibilities.
