ANA opposes New York's proposed limit on sales

A proposed New York City consumer protection rule limiting sales to 14 days is drawing the ire of the Association of National Advertisers. The group will testify today at a hearing by the city's office of consumer affairs that the rule violates advertiser First Amendment rights.
