A luckless angler turns to his home computer and uses the Internet search service Yahoo! to find information about techniques that land him a catch of tall-tale proportions in Yahoo's first TV spot, breaking this week. It's the kickoff of a series of image builders in a $5 million to $12 million campaign tagged ``Do you Yahoo?'' Agency is Black Rocket, a San Francisco start-up formed by alumni of Hal Riney & Partners and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners.
