Anti-tobacco group adds 3 finalists

The American Legacy Foundation formed by state attorneys general to launch anti-tobacco ads revealed the complete list of nine agencies or agency consortiums seeking to bid on its $150 million to $225 million account. New to the list are Jordan McGrath Case & Partners/Euro RSCG, New York; Crowell & Associates/Clear Channel Social Marketing & Advertising, Salt Lake City; and the Martin Agency, Richmond, Va.
