AOL must continue with HotJobs.com listings, judge rules

Published on .

A circuit court judge denied a motion filed by America Online subsidiary Digital City for a stay of the preliminary injunction enforcing an agreement between HotJob.com and Digital City. As a result, HotJobs.com's job listings will appear on AOL, CompuServe, Netscape, MCI WorldCom, AOL.com and Digitalcity.com. For as long as the preliminary injunction remains in effect, the exclusivity of the agreement announced in December between AOL and Monster.com, the flagship brand of TMP Worldwide, is effectively nullified. HotJobs.com filed its lawsuit against Digitalcity after that agreement was announced.
