AOL gives control to parents

America Online introduced Thursday an advanced parental control feature that gives parents more choice in customizing their AOL accounts for children's use. The technology will allow parents to establish an account for their kids that accesses just the Kids Only channel. Kids Only is programmed specifically for children between the ages of 6 and 12 and offers such features as Nickelodeon, Scholastic's Kids' World and The Odyssey Project.
