AOL expands relationship with Videos Now

America Online and Digital Courier Technologies' Videos Now have expanded their agreement to include the aol.com Web site. Last week the two announced a deal in which Digital Courier would pay $12 million for placement on AOL and Digital City. Payment for the extension onto aol.com will come from 12% of Digital Courier stock to AOL, plus warrant to purchase additional shares.
