AOL, GM EXPAND ONLINE PARTNERSHIP

(June 13, 2001) -- AOL Time Warner's America Online and General Motors Corp. have expanded their partnership in what the companies described as a multimillion-dollar agreement. Other details were not disclosed.

The extended deal calls for all GM cars and trucks to be promoted across all of AOL's services, including properties such as Netscape.com, in addition to the core AOL service. AOL will also continue to help the automaker promote GMBuyPower.com. -- Catharine P. Taylor
