AOL launches Web developer program

AOL's Web hosting service, AOL PrimeHost, launched a creative partner program today as a partnership initiative between Web design agencies and AOL customers. The program is designed to provide PrimeHost clients with Web design resources through an agency referral service as well as hosting services. PrimeHost currently lists five design partners on its site.

The partners include SGDesign, Seal Beach, Calif., which will work on projects for a minimum $1,000 budget; Events on Line, San Diego, which handles projects for a minimum $7,000 budget; K2 Design, New York, which handles projects for $10,000 or more; Proxima, McLean, Va., which handles projects for $20,000 or more; and NetWerks, Torrance, Calif., which handles projects for $40,000 or more.
