AOL, National Drug office wage anti-drug campaign

Published on .

America Online and the Office of National Drug Control Policy have teamed up to promote a new national anti-drug media campaign. To kick it off, AOL produced a live Web broadcast July 9 of President Clinton and Gen. Barry McCaffrey, who announced the anti-drug campaign. Through July 11, AOL will host three live chat sessions, during which members can discuss issues relating to drug abuse prevention and the new media campaign with anti-drug spokespeople and substance-abuse specialists.
