AOL partners with SBC

Dulles, Va.-based America Online has partnered with SBC Communications, San Antonio, Texas, to provide high-speed connectivity to the AOL service through SBC's Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Lines.

In related news, AOL launched the Kids Only Channel for kids age six to 12. The new AOL Kids Only Channel, found at keyword: Kids, provides a higher level of interactivity and creative content for kids on AOL. New content partners for the launch include Curiocity's FreeZone, ePLAY, MysteryNet, The New York Times Learning Network, TIME for Kids and The Yuckiest Site on the Internet. Content will include news and sports information, clubs, an art studio and games.
