AOL TIME WARNER, BANK OF AMERICA SEAL MULTIPLATFORM DEAL

(July 10, 2001) -- As expected, Bank of America and AOL Time Warner announced a multiplatform advertising agreement that includes a cross-promotion deal.

The multiyear alliance includes Bank of America ads in various AOL Time Warner properties and exclusive sponsorships on CNN and CNNfn, such as a "shot of the day" feature on CNN's Sports Tonight segment.

AOL Time Warner will advertise across several Bank of America properties, such as automated teller machines, client statements, banking centers and telephone banking lines. -- Mercedes Cardona
