APB News, an Internet-based news service covering the criminal justice system, launched a national online and offline ad campaign, designed by Bozell Kamstra, New York. TV, print and trade ads are tagged "You have the right to know''; content-supported banner ads link back to APB News. Spending is estimated at $20 million.
