Food -- ranging from pasta to pizza -- expresses its soft-drink preferences in a new Pepsi campaign whose creators were spread across most of North America. BBDO/Mexico, Mexico City, created the series of 15-second spots for Pepsi International, part of U.S. cola giant Pepsi-Cola Co., and Topix/Mad Dog, Toronto, handled the 3-D animation. In one spot titled "Chicken," peas stampede off a plate and form a Pepsi logo. "The food is always the hero [in these spots] . . .
