Apple re-ups its link with Grammys

Published on .

Apple Computer, extending its Webcasting business, will provide coverage of the 39th Annual Grammy Awards at http://grammy.apple.com. This is the second year Apple has linked with the Grammys. Between Feb. 22 and Feb. 26, Apple will provide exclusive coverage of behind the scenes events. The site is part of a continuing effort by Steve Franzese, VP of Apple Interactive Marketing and Online Services, to establish Apple in the entertainment industry. In addition to the Grammys, Apple has produced Webcasts tied to the Olympic Games and MacWorld Expo.
