In his previous role as Managing Director, D'Alessandro headed Creativity's sales unit and was instrumental in shaping the business strategy behind a major redesign of the print product and the successful launch of Creativity's online components, the Creativity Email newsletter, and the AdCritic.com website. As associate publisher, D'Alessandro will continue to oversee all business aspects of Creativity, building on the achievements in the print and online arenas and spearheading a range of new initiatives, which will be rolled out over the next year.
