Published on .

Arby's, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., has signed a letter of intent to acquire a 12.5% stake in ZuZu's, a 40-unit chain of Mexican restaurants based in Dallas. Arby's will open four dual-branded test units this year, rolling out the concept in early 1996. Arby's unsuccessfully attempted to reach a similar dual-branding agreement with Long John Silver's Restaurants late last year.
