Arnold buys Circle Interactive

Arnold Communications has acquired Boston-based Circle Interactive to create Circle Interactive LLC, an independent company under the Arnold Communications umbrella. The new company is led by President Eric Snyder and Chief Creative Officer Dave Batista, co-founders of Circle Interactive. The company projects revenue of $3 million by yearend, and expects to be among the top 20 interactive marketing agencies by the year 2000. Clients include Volkswagen, Ocean Spray Cranberrries, Bell Atlantic Corp., McDonald's Corp., Mutual of New York and Northern Light.
