(May 21, 2001) -- The Washington Post has selected Havas Advertising's Arnold Worldwide, McLean, Va., as its advertising agency of record. Arnold Worldwide was among three other finalists. Incumbent Berlin Cameron & Partners, New York, did not participate. The account has been estimated at between $5 million to $10 million. -- Hillary Chura
