ASTA names Bodenmann as new head

Published on .

Alison Bodenmann, the longtime media executive at Jordan, McGrath, Case & Taylor, New York, has accepted a position to run the Advertiser Syndicated Television Association. Ms. Bodenmann, the well-respected senior VP-broadcast director at the agency, succeeds Tim Duncan, who, in his position as executive director, has run ASTA since 1987. Mr. Duncan announced in June that he is leaving the organization. ASTA hopes the appointment of Ms. Bodenmann will increase the visibility of syndicated programmers among advertisers and their agencies.
