Atlanta tower new Sprint ad site

Published on .

Sprint Corp. said it will convert Atlanta's 123-foot Centennial Tower, overlooking the city's Downtown Connector, into an advertising tower for Sprint Personal Communications Services, to debut in 1998. The tower, built for the 1996 Olympics, will be painted in Sprint's corporate colors and be topped by a revolving Sprint logo. A four-color, circular matrixboard will be used for Sprint ads and public service announcements.
