The San Francisco Opera enters its 74th season with a summer production of "La Boheme." In its advertising, Citron Haligman Bedecarre tried to reach a larger audience-the kind that goes to Broadway shows-by infusing the ads with a sense of humor, while remaining stylish. The artwork for the campaign evokes the style of Toulouse-Latrec, who was a contemporary of "La Boheme" creator Giacomo Puccini.
