SHOP TALK: No ladies with shopping bags in the branding campaign for the Mall at Short Hills. Instead, Pedone & Partners, New York, created spots that are both sensuous and dreamlike. The New Jersey mall's stores are mentioned, but one commercial also notes there's a hotel with spa nearby, and shows how Manhattanites can get to Short Hills by car (limo), water (ferry) or air (helicopter) to indulge in "world-class shopping."
