Published on .

Aurora Foods on Feb. 18 accepted the resignations of four senior executives, including Chairman-CEO Ian R. Wilson, as the company begins an investigation of internal accounting practices with auditor PricewaterhouseCoopers. The company, which markets Lender's bagels and Mrs. Butterworth's brands, said in a statement that it expects the probe to result in a charge against 1999 earnings.
