Autobytel scores with IPO

Autobytel, a new and used-car retailer, went public March 26, with its initial public offering of stock closing at $40.25, after opening at $52.75. The stock was initially priced at $23 a share. Rival Autoweb.com, which went public earlier in the week, closed the day at $32.75.
