Avon's advertising is handled in-house.
The beauty products marketer has also earmarked $1 million to expand production lines and to purchase new equipment for its factory.
Among its new product launches in the next 12 months are an eyecare product, a new fragrance and a series of men's fragrances.
As a region, Latin America is Avon's most important market, accounting for a third of worldwide revenue, according to Advertising Director Rosalina Ortega.
Avon currently has a 26% market share in Venezuela, posting a 2% growth in the last two years in spite of the deep recession.
