The company's sales are approximately $130 million a year, derived primarily from its U.S. business. It also markets in the U.K., Canada, Mexico and Australia. The brands will be added to the Bristol-Myers Squibb Worldwide Beauty Care Group. Webber Advertising, Minneapolis, has handled the Redmond products. B-M's Clairol line is handled by Grey Advertising, J. Walter Thompson Co. and Wells BDDP, all New York.
