Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., New York, assigned its Infusium 23 haircare brand to Foote, Cone & Belding, New York, after a review that included Clairol incumbents Kaplan Thaler Group and Intuition Group, both New York. Spending was not disclosed but was estimated at $10 million. Gotham, New York, resigned Infusium due to account conflicts.
