Joins NYC Unit as Exec Creative Director

Kevin McKeown is taking over as executive creative officer at the New York office of Bcom3 Group's Bartle Bogle Hegarty. He had been exec VP-creative group head at Interpublic Group of Cos.' Lowe Lintas & Partners, New York, where he worked on the UPS account. McKeown replaces Ty Montague, who left the agency last year for Wieden & Kennedy, New York.

Mary Bishop, 49, president and chief marketing officer of Bcom3 Group's Leo Burnett USA, Chicago will take early retirement March 1. The longtime head of the agency's Procter & Gamble account said she had been planning the move for quite some time. Burnett, which has not yet named a successor, said the announcement is unrelated to the agency's recent layoffs.

"I've done all the things I wanted and have been planning [to retire] by 50," Ms. Bishop said. "I'm the youngest retiree at Burnett." She said she plans to become more active on corporate boards and spend more time with her husband and six grandchildren.
